Before i actually start blogging here, just a word to say that i’ll be posting a lot of gorgeous photos of Algonquin Park, but let’s be clear: the PHOTOS posted here are NOT MINE . I travel to Algonquin a lot, but for some eason i never pull my camera out. When I’m there, I’m just there. I’m pulled entirely into the moment, and give up on trying to capture the incredible sights around me.
Luckily, there are many fine photographers and lovers of the Park who are smart enough to photograph. THANK YOU!
So the stunning photos you see here, I found on the internet. I’m not very copyright savvy, but i’ve done my best to credit the photographers appropriately.
If you see a photo of yours up here, and i’ve done you wrong by posting it here, please let me know, and let me apologize for my ignorance rather than slapping me with some sort of lawsuit.
My purpose here is strictly to give everyone some idea of how incredibly beautiful Algonquin Park is. Enjoy the images, as I have. but, like i always say, you haven’t really lived until you’ve stepped through the woods of Algonquin.

Nice case for Algonquin Park. What an amazing place. Good luck with this – I see you’re in the #2 spot in voting for last week.
Crazy panic to build support eh? I’ve done everything but call the Premier down here in NS. Pushing for Carter’s Beach, so you know.
Again, cheers. Looks like a spot I must visit someday.

Woah! I had no idea where I was in the voting chain! Thanks for the good news!
Visit! Algonquin Park is truly a transformative place. In all its stillness, so much is happening. Beauty everywhere you lay your eyes.
We’re so lucky to be Canadian. eh?
Now I need to visit Carter Beach! Good luck yourself. Don’t buy into the panic! Stay calm as, say, Carter’s Beach?
Cheers!

Nice blog. I am just on my way to bed and thought I should see what our competition was up to. Your photos say a lot and your words are perfect. We will have our work cut out – good luck.

Hi,
I’m fine when people use my photos for non-commercial purposes such as your blog, so no law suites
I like Algonquin!
